Your customer records stay in LBC Auto and are protected by your shop-specific activation, passcode and session. Existing customers may require shop-issued verified activation before creating a passcode.

Estimate sent → customer reviews/approves or declines → shop converts approved work to a Repair Order → invoice appears after work is completed and invoiced.
